John Ryan—Board of Directors
For 15 years, John Ryan has been a private investor and active director of early stage technology companies. The founder of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., a formerly publicly-held computer services company that was recently taken private, Mr. Ryan served as its Chairman and CEO from 1976 to 1987. Since then, he has been a principal in Devon Hill Ventures, a venture investing and consulting firm with a strong technology portfolio.

Mr. Ryan has directed 25 private and public information technology companies where Devon Hill Ventures has invested. Besides serving on SevOne's board today, Mr. Ryan is currently a director of several technology and Internet companies. Among them are SAQARRA, Neoware Systems and eResearch Technology.

Mr. Ryan has a BS degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert S. Adelson Chairman—Board of Directors
Robert S. Adelson is President of Philadelphia-based Osage Investments, which he founded in 1990. Mr. Adelson is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is a partner in a fourth-generation family business. He serves on a number of boards and is active in a variety of charitable and education organizations. Among Mr. Adelson's previous investments are Zany Brainy, Inphonic, Internet Capital Group and GHR Systems (acquired by Metavante).

Prior to founding Osage, Mr. Adelson clerked with the honorable Walter K. Stapleton, U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced corporate law at the Philadelphia law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen.

Mr. Adelson currently serves on the board of directors for SevOne, Melior Discovery and Red Lasso. He is a graduate of The Yale Law School and of Yale College.
