SevOne’s new PAS CallManager product enables organizations to instantly monitor VoIP performance counters and database information, as well as trend, alert and produce historical and real-time reports based on statistics made available in Cisco’s Unified CallManager / RTRM (Real Time Monitoring Tool).

CallManager statistics that PAS—CallManager collects out of the box include:

  • Voice gateway utilization & status
  • Hardware & software conferencing resources
  • Call-by-call MOS scores, jitter, & latency
  • Database replication status, change notification request queued
  • System performance counters (memory, CPU, disk space)

Using SevOne's robust thresholding capability, organizations are alerted to any VoIP impairment before it poses a company-wide problem.  PBX managers can also use SevOne's powerful graphing functionality to show projected trends for VoIP traffic across the corporate network, also aiding in future network planning.

SevOne time-over-time feature enables PBX managers to compare and contrast VoIP traffic for two separate time periods.  In seconds, using PAS’s Device Quick Status feature, CallManager system performance counters such as CPU, memory, and disk utilization can be viewed and reported on.

SevOne PAS’s patent pending peer-to-peer architecture enables organizations to manage any size CallManager network with the capacity to grow infinitely to meet future VoIP needs.
