In September, 2007 Osage Ventures announced a Series A Preferred placement in SevOne. Osage is a venture capital fund that invests in entrepreneurial companies with a unique concept or product. Osage provides capital and value-added services to technology and life science businesses in the Northeast corridor. Robert S. Adelson is President of Philadelphia-based Osage Investments and serves on SevOne's board of directors.

In addition to the Osage Series A investment, SevOne, Inc. is backed by a private investment group led by SevOne CEO and Co-Founder Michael Phelan, who is a seasoned executive/entrepreneur in the storage and networking industries. Mr. Phelan founded StorNet in 1990 and built the company as CEO into a leading national consulting and storage networking integration firm.

Other private investors in SevOne include Jonathan Brassington, the CEO and Founding Partner of Liquid Hub, Inc.; Attorney Lawrence Phelan, a Principal of Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, LLP law firm; Adrian Stone, Founder of SurePlan International; and John Ryan, a SevOne board member and director of many technology companies. Mr. Ryan is the founder of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., a formerly publicly-held computer services company that was recently taken private. Mr. Ryan served as SunGard's Chairman and CEO from 1976 to 1987. Since then, he has been a principal in Devon Hill Ventures, a venture investing and consulting firm focused on technology investments.
