President , CEO, Board of Directors—Michael Phelan
Michael Phelan
Michael Phelan has led the founding team of SevOne since September 2006. As a seasoned executive and entrepreneur in the storage networking industry, Mr. Phelan has served successfully in many leadership roles. They include Founder/President of StorNet, Inc. and CEO/COO of SoluNet, Inc.

Mr. Phelan founded StorNet in 1990 and built the company as CEO into a leading national consulting and storage networking integration firm. StorNet enjoyed 11 years of consecutive double-digit growth and profitability and achieved $80 million in revenue. The company was sold to Vangard Technologies, Inc. in 2000. StorNet was awarded the Emerging Business of the Year Award by Ernst and Young in 1994.

Mr. Phelan was named one of the Top 20 Visionaries in the storage networking market by CMS VAR Business magazine in 2001.

Chief Financial Officer—Bruce Johnson
Bruce Johnson

Bruce Johnson joined SevOne as Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. Mr. Johnson is a CPA with over 35 years financial and administrative experience with both private and public companies. Prior to joining SevOne, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and CFO for eResearchTechnology, Inc. from 2000 to 2006 and for N2K, Inc. from 1988 to 1999.

Mr. Johnson has a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph's University and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.

Chief Technology Officer—Vess Bakalov
Vess Bakalov
Mr. Bakalov worked at BankOne in a number of senior technical positions, including Assistant Vice President and Network Architect. He also led the network management team for the Credit Card Services division, which was the largest issuer of VISA credit cards in the U.S. During his years at BankOne, Mr. Bakalov taught undergraduate and graduate courses as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of Delaware.

Mr. Bakalov began his career as a technical advisor for a fast-growing CLEC. There, he led the design and engineering effort behind that company's first DSL deployment. He was also in charge of architecting and developing the network management and instrumentation strategy for the firm.

Vice President, End-User Sales North America—Charles "Chip" G. Halvorsen
Charles G. Halvorsen
Chip Halvorsen brings more than 17 years of experience selling network and security solutions to his role as Vice President of Sales where he is responsible for leading all of SevOne's customer acquisition efforts in North America.

Prior to joining SevOne, Halvorsen served as Senior Director Americas for Eirteic Consulting, where he was responsible for leading all of Eirteic's customer acquisition efforts in the Americas, as well as guiding its channel strategy. Prior to his position at Eirteic, Halvorsen served as director ISV Business Development at SilverBack Technologies. In that role he focused on building strategic relationships with major Healthcare and Financial vendors and was named as one of the top 100 Channel Sales executives by CRN. Additionally, Chip was the #1 sales producer for SilverBack, 5 out of 6 years. Additionally, Halvorsen held sales management positions at Convergent Communications and at CompUSA.

Chip graduated from Shields Aviation with a degree in Aviation and currently holds an active Commercial Pilot rating.

Vice President of Sales, Strategic Accounts—Robert K Fetters
Robert K Fetters
Bob Fetters began his career with IBM and held positions in sales, sales training and sales management. He joined Shared Medical Systems (SMS) in its' startup phase and executed key executive responsibilities as Vice president of Sales and Operations over the next 20+ years. SMS was very consistently profitable and grew to $1.2 billion in sales before being acquired by Siemens. Bob remained with Siemens for four years and assisted in the assimilation of the organizations.

Director of Operations—Tanya Shea
Tanya Shea
Tanya Shea leads the day-to-day operations and sales effort at SevOne and brings years of consulting experience in working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining SevOne, Ms. Shea was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche, LLP, where she worked in the IT risk management and assurance division. She has consulted with many blue chip companies in the technology, insurance and manufacturing industries. Ms. Shea also served as Chief Accountant for a large private food services company where she led the implementation of a new ERP system.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Shea holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
