Report Manager

The SevOne Report Manager allows you to create and save complex reports (NBAR reporting, NetFlow reporting, server reporting, etc.) that can later be viewed or e-mailed. Network managers, for example, frequently need Daily, Weekly or Monthly status reports to help them analyze the core of the network and other important links. Additional reports may be needed to monitor "problem children"—such as devices or links that are prone to failure—as well as new installs, or parts of the network involved in special projects. Once a report is set up, Report Manager can generate it again with a single click of the mouse.
Using Report Manager you can quickly create a report containing a collection of related Instant Graphs, Network Overview (Top-N) Reports and FlowFalcon (NetFlow troubleshooting) Reports that you can then view as often as you need without any additional work. Furthermore, you can set it up so the reports are automatically e-mailed to you or to any number of people in the organization, at regular intervals and in PDF format.

With Report Manager, report creation is simple and intuitive. Just click on Create a New Report and choose the report elements you would like to include followed by the devices and indicators you want to monitor every day. Using an identical GUI to ad-hoc graphing, you can create a custom report (IP SLA response time, telephony performance monitoring, VoIP performance management, etc.) and select the time, date, frequency and the people you would like to receive it. What’s more, while viewing the report, the dynamic graphs can be altered on the fly to provide you with additional control over the content. Components of the report can be set to auto-refresh, so as you view the report on-screen new data points will continuously be added.
