User Manager enables administrators to define role-based permissions with a good deal of granularity. Not only can users be limited to particular actions (role-based permission control) but also to particular groups of devices. SevOne is capable of checking credentials internally as well as with third party systems such as TACACs, RADIUS or LDAP. Because of its robust user and access management SevOne has become the system of choices for MCSes (Managed Service Providers). In such environments, it is paramount for users to be limited to view only the systems that they are allowed to see—so multiple customers can be certain of the privacy of their data. For this reason, User and Access management in SevOne is deeply and transparently integrated in all facets of the product.
