In addition, users of the SevOne Platform can now collect critical performance metrics directly from Amazon Web Services VPC-based environments and correlate it with metric, flow, log and end user experience data from across their digital infrastructure.

Native Cisco ACI Integration

Operations teams can monitor and manage the performance of their Cisco ACI infrastructure and automatically understand physical, endpoint and tenant topological relationships. With the SevOne Platform they can also monitor KPIs related to network and infrastructure utilization across enterprise and carrier-based ACI implementations while providing granular reporting and deep performance alerts.

Smarter Real-Time and Proactive Troubleshooting at Scale

With the SevOne Platform, users can now leverage terabytes of log data a day for real-time analysis with multi-variable baseline and first occurrence alerting as well as translate complicated message codes into human-readable text.

Flow Alerting and Enhancements

Users that collect flow-based information for deeper visibility into their infrastructure can now create policies and thresholds and generate alerts based on that information. In addition to improved IPFIX Object Template support, Citrix AppFlow, and general NetFlow variable length field support, the SevOne Platform provides deeper visibility into infrastructure use and shortens the time from information collected to insights gained.

Restful API Platform Automation

With SevOne, operations teams can now automate platform operations actions such as the creation, deletion and updating of objects, devices, sources, metadata, alerts, policies, groups, reports and maps. Additionally the new RESTful API allows operators to integrate alerts and conditions via WebHooks, paving the way for more comprehensive integration between SevOne and other operational tools.

SevOne End User Experience Appliance actively tests entire network paths by using synthetic traffic to collect in-depth end-user experience data across enterprise, cloud and communication service provider infrastructures.
